01 / Production brief
Produce 48 mm closures for 5 L and 10 L jars, with a specified output of 125,000 pieces per 24 hours of operation.
02 / Engineering approach
Develop the thread, sealing surface and tamper geometry together with the needle-valve hot runner. Arrange 16 positions as two columns of eight in the upright mould.
03 / Delivered scope
A closure mould with a defined product interface, cavity layout and hot-runner configuration, with materials selected by component wear function.
