PREFORM INJECTION · INDIA
A preform cell built around the cycle.
A 400-tonne injection cell matching the mould, PET plasticising, side-entry take-out and post-mould cooling to the required preform.

THE PROJECT LOGIC
The product
sets the direction.
01 / Production brief
Produce lightweight 9.6 g PET preforms with a 26/22 neck finish, using a high-cavitation cell and a defined production cycle.
02 / Engineering approach
Coordinate the 96-cavity mould, 115 mm PET plasticising screw, take-out sequence and three-stage post-mould cooling. Cooling and handling are part of the cell—not separate afterthoughts.
03 / Delivered scope
A matched injection, take-out and cooling scope for the specified preform, with downstream packing treated as its own line interface.
